What for this government?

One could not understand the need for all the ministers and innumerable bureaucrats in the Government of Kerala when all the decisions regarding good governance are taken by the High Court. Since the High Court is flooded with countless cases originated from the thoughtlessness of the State Government ordinary people get little chance to settle their disputes in the court. The Division Bench of the Kerala High Court asking the State Government why it was hesitating to take action against those who trespassed into properties by taking the law into their hands at Wayanad is a pertinent question; nevertheless the shameless ministers of the state cabinet consider it as approbation.

By inviting the court to issue orders to initiate action in all day-to-day matters the State Cabinet is absconding from their responsibility. If this partisan and inefficient approach continues, the court would have to then prepare the State annual budget too. The State is severe debt trap and the Kerala Finanace Minister hopes for some miracles to happen in March to save his designer face. The law and order problem in the State has become a party affair. The followers of Marxist party (of course not CPI-they are at the receiving end) and those pretend as their well-wishers can carry on peacefully in the State.
