Pinarayi praises Azhikode!

Sukumar Azhikode, who made certain derogatory comments against Chief Minister, V S Achuthanandan, has been finally rewarded. Achuthanandan’s opponent Pinrayai eulogized Azhikode for his unstinted efforts as the coercive force for non-corruption in the state. The absurdity is obvious when the Lavalin accused comes for the praise of the self proclaimed cultural guru.

It is known for all that Azhikode had made some sub-standard and cheap statements against the Chief Minister not only to tarnish his image but also to gratify Pinaqrayi. He had also issued a press statement saying that the Chief Minister had called him over phone asking him to end the controversial statements. However it had been denied by Achuthanandan. Azhikode quoted Henry Thorah’s ‘bird fouls nest’ for belittling Achuthanandan and all that was in good taste for Pinarayi. Pinrayi found nothing wrong with Azhikode when his own comrade and politburo member was being humiliated highly by the self proclaimed patriarch of culture.

It is a wonder that the cultural guru who once worked against communists during the Vimochana Samaram is in the shoulder Communist Party State Secretary. The social critic who fights corruption lacks integrity and never see the corruption of those politicians upon whom he leans. The guru is not able to comprehend corruption in tune with Rs 300 crore and not able to spot any problem with Pinarayi. So it is the obligation of Pinarayi to congratulate Azhikode.
