Azhikode and Achuthanandan

Every time when Sukumar Azhikode flays Achuthanandan he consciously adds:
“I say this as I am impartial. I am not part of any group”. Nevertheless people of Kerala do not think that Azhikode is correct because the 16-4 drubbing for the CPM-led Left Democratic Front in the election is an indication in this direction.

Since Achuthanandan is other wise busy with his Government and party affairs, Azhikode found it as a golden opportunity to abuse the latter. When the chief minister laughed his heart out at his interaction with media persons, at the time of debacle of his party in the election, Azhikode came heavily on him just for media publicity. He even dared to qualify the CM's laughter to that of a traitor. He modified it in his Kottayam speech that CM’s laughter is the outcome of immorality and not of treachery. Still then Achuthanandan kept deafening silence. Next attempt from Azhikode will be differentiating between moral and immoral and after that he will say he is impartial.

Azhikode’s ‘impartiality’ urges him to think Abdul Nasser Madany has no terror link and Pinarayi is clean in the SNC Lavelin deal. But Azhikode’s impartiality does not permit him to ask Pinarayi to appear before the court to prove his innocence.
People of Kerala think that Azhikode will soon take a U-turn in the immediate future when CBI files the Rs 374-crore SNC Lavalin case in a court of justice. He will make a roll over with a correction in his earlier speech as he did many times in the past.
