It was Kodyeri Balakrishnan of the LDF who said “ The forthcoming Piravam by-election will be the ‘Battle of Waterloo’ for the UDF Government with a slender margin it currently enjoys in the Assembly” Now Piravom election is over and Kodiyeri can re-read history to understand the real meaning of Waterloo.
