Kerala Co-operation Minister G Sudhakaran abuses all bureaucrats saying that the number of officials who hide over government files have increased of late in the Secretariat. Then for what this minister and other ministers lie dormant in the secretariat for the last four and a half years. Does CM also keep the same opinion as G SUdhakaran? If so then it is the time for all ministers to quit the job.
