Spent leaders for useless organizations.
So it is time to make know all the agitating parties in colleges that any direct or counterfeit stir curtailing the aspirations of educated youths would bring serious consequence in the society. The jobless youths with PGs and Ph Ds will not allow aged gooses to stick in their post by hook or crook. Leaders like Thennala should come forward for the rescue of jobless millions.

Terror state of Kerala
Yet another serious question that arises is as why political bosses were cornering behind the fundamentalists for a few votes? The form of protest ‘fast-unto-death’ against police enquiry about the past terrorism of the protestors is a laughing stock. It is definitely unacceptable and to be severely dealt with. The people who have been fasting on the streets for the rescue of terrorists should be allowed to take a peaceful death. The leaders of major fronts should be more accountable to the state and should disown separatists.

Need only nine month for interment after baptism.
It was a wonderful moment for Kerala when the CPM formally baptised alleged terror leader Abdul Nasser Madani an associate in the Left legion. It was just nine months ago at an election convention in Attingal Lok Sabha constituency. The meeting was inaugurated by Pinarayi Vijayan. The process was completed with Pinarayi sharing the stage with Madani himself at the convention in Ponnani constituency. The transparency of Madani sitting on a wheel chair one foot higher than the chair of Pinarayi was an eye-catcher. Marxists had then said, they had identified Madani, he isa clear man and had nothing to hide. However, that clarity did not save Pinarayi and Madani and the Lok Sabha polls had come as a shot in the arm for both.
The new controversy surfaced with Nazeer’s disclosure about Sufia Madani’s role in the bus-torching case. Who said Indian women are fragile? They are able to torch buses and even trains. Several political parties came against Madani and the CPM. CPM is left with no option other than to bury the relation with Madani and hence the PB member Pande came openly against CPM-PDP relation. The tongues of Pinarayi and coterie shrunk to throat and the funeral ceremony of the CPM-PDP relation started. It took only nine months between baptism and committal.

Marxist cruelty at Cherthala
It is not the duty of ordinary people to save coir industry. If people are bound to save the coir industry as the crazy minister of the Kerala cabinet thinks then they have to save other industries like village textiles, printing presses, cinema theatres etc which is practically impossible in the emerging world. No one is bound to protect the Kudumbasree or Janasree as these missions are aimed for political parties to make money and are intended to hoodwink ordinary people by entangling them in debt trap. In fact Kochuparampil Divakaran is a bold man who acted against Marxist meanness. Who are those persons to forcefully enter one’s house and leave the mats at residence, telling him that he would have to either buy or burn them?
Divakaran’s brutal killing is not a isolated one as similar incidents are in abundance elsewhere in the state. The minister, who advocated the forceful sale of useless coir goods which ended the killing of an innocent person, should also be brought to the book.

The two masqueraders
The other guy, previously a lorry broker, often appears in channels and speaks like tobacco in mouth. Once he called his senior leader and a politburo member as ‘class enemy’. And he is now determined to sell all the lands owned by the State to realtors. His motive behind establishing Sobha Hi-tech city at Valanthakkadu seems ulterior.
Nevertheless, I now approve these two guys just for one reason. They have decided to take back the Komalapuram Spinning mill, Alappuzha from the unfeeling Uttam Group. If their action is with genuine interest to help the families those jobless workers of the spinning mill, all their previous mistakes such as attracting educated youths for public begging will be absolved by the people of Kerala.

And this time when he was admitted to Ananthapuri Super Specialty Hospital, at Thiruvananthaapuram his son was at Kozhikode and daughter was at Kochi. Then who were there in Thiruvanthapuram to care this poor old man who owns only Rs 6000 in cash and a gold ring in kind? Mulakkacha gives good scope for the film Pazhassi Raja
Though the film has several technical advantages it is not compatible with Hollywood films. The action sequences were poorly shot and Mammootty’s physique is not susceptible to tedious efforts. It is unwise to compare this film with worldwide applauded Chinese martial art films like Crouching Tiger. And when it comes to the histrionic skills, Mammootty stands far behind Sarath Kumar and even Manoj K Jayan in this film. The half naked adivasi women seen in plenty in the film is a crooked craft to attract more youths to the film. Even Padmapriya has been obliged to exhibit her thigh and when it happens in this film there is a huge disturbance among younger viewers. Padmapriya and Kaniha appearing half naked with ‘mulakkacha’ gave good scope for younger viewers to see the film over and over again.

Moon Impact for Sudhakaran.
All Keralites know well that Minister G Sudhakaran is infamous for his non-sense talk.
He while as minister produced more foes than friends with his ugly tongue. He ridiculed leaders like K R Gouri Amma, who is supposed to be his mentor, A K Antony, Oommen Chandy, V M Sudheeran, NSS assistant secretary and others. He called IAS Officer Bharat Bhushan as dog and searched for the underwear temple priests and government under secretaries. His portfolio is not too significant still he made much hue and cry. And at last he ridiculed Thankachan calling him as ‘person going for dinner without invitation’. The harsh response from an otherwise silent leader Thankachan has done what was then necessary. Sudhakaran twisted his body as a rat snake got hit on its tail. He sent advocate notice to Thankachan for Rs 10crore compensation. Is this amount enough for the compensation that Sudhakaran had to give if those persons mocked by Suhakaran go for damages?
So it is time for Sudhakaran to stop creating fuss in public. Thakachan’s ‘moon defect’ comment is really a ‘moon impact’ for Sudhakaran.

There was also blatant violation of the traffic rules throughout the human chain. The cadres in triple shared the same bike without bearing helmet for reaching at the Human Chain spot specified for them. Nevertheless, the Human Chain seems is the better mode of protest than Hartal or Bandh as the local leaders have to fret a little for people turn out. The human chain configuration is not easy as calling a hartal and waiting in front of TV with snacks and soda glass.

Even police are not safe in Kerala.
It was ASI Hamzah of the Anthikkad police station who was attacked by a criminal gang engaged in “goonda collection” with a bucket at Thrissur. One constable Manoj was also injured in the attack. The bucket collection of money in thoroughfare is the notorious way of collecting and spending unaccounted money by major political outfits in the state.
Police become alert only when they are attacked. And that is why the Viyyur police sprang to action immediately and took into custody three of the goondas. Would the police expose the political affiliation of these goondas if they belong to Kodiyeri’s party?
Open harassment of people who refuse to pay money, by gangs sponsored by political parties are a common scene in Kerala. If money put in bucket is only Rs 10, the party leader shows the audacity to return the money in open and threaten the person about future consequence.
All disgrace incidents are seemingly matter of reputation for the Kerala Home Department. And that is why Chief Minister VS Achuthanandan and Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan had different opinions on the law and order situation in the State.
The law and order situation in Kerala is so dreadful that criminals are resorting to murdering innocents to settle their scores with the police. ‘No reason killing’ of a aged man in Varkala is an example. The Home Ministry of Kerala have nothing to cheer other than by accepting awards issued by independent agencies with vested interest.

Present CPM could not attract more people.
Nevertheless, the new CPM proposal that functionaries should declare assets to the party at a time is a welcome step. And If it is not done urgently, the kith and kin of many party leaders should become millionaires with in a fortnight. It is customary on the part of one to transfer his wealth to immediate relatives before declaring assets. We have finest example like leader K Karunakaran, of course from Congress party, who declared once that his only asset as a gold ring connoting that all his work as politician and CM of the state earned him little. Undoubtedly, one who closely watches the life style many comrades could see not only top level leaders but the local level also posses huge wealth and that is what alienated voters in Kerala and W Bengal from the party .
Further, declaring assets is not a big business. It is only a tricky way to legitimize the black money amassed by hook or crook. It is a fact that comrades are being influenced by “bourgeois” tendencies and “lifestyle deviations”. The proposal for asset declaration is only a treatment over skin and it would bring no substantial improvement for the party to attract the common people.
Could the party identify and avoid those functionaries who had played lead role with sand-lottery-sex-money-land and quotation mafia? If yes, then the party can attract common people. And for that the present leadership should go.

“He who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword".
The police force which is yet to ascertain the motive behind the murder is groping in darkness. The IG Vincen M Paul who is known for honesty has brawn flakes in the present enquiry. As usual, in this cruel murder also the involvement of one of the sons of Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan is alleged. There is not even a single criminal case, of late, in the state -cheating, woman trafficking and murder- without the association of minister’s son. The LDF Government should think of withdrawing the Port Folio of Balakrishnan.
Though it is ill to deprecate a dead man, one cannot rule out the nexus between private financiers and goons. The murder of Paul George has been resulted from his illegal connection with notorious goons. The soft and biased approach adopted by investigating agencies has emboldened private financiers and goons to take law in their hands and act with utmost impunity. The vast wealth amassed by Muthoot Groups might not be completely legal. It might contain sighs and tears of many clients of these groups. It is known that these financiers keep the practice of charging huge interest per annum and levy various hidden and unexplained charges. They extract as much as they could by hook or by crook and that is why a Jagathy Sree Kumar Starrer qualified a financier as “Motham-oottu”. If anyone is unable to conform to group’s deadline, he is subjected to brutal treatment by goons. Goons are part and parcel of private financiers and of course some hi-tech banks in Kerala. Obviously Pauil has connections with dreaded criminals.
It is, therefore, the time for Paul’s parents, brothers and partners to resolve in a new line. They have to relight the famous biblical saying "He who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword".

Running of the pilgrimage is a challenge.
It is to be emphasized that another pilgrim season at Sabarimala is coming up within months. Running of the pilgrimage had been challenging for some years now and the trouble has been complicated deeply by the disbeliever minister Sudhakaran. I don’t think another disbeliever minister Kadannappally would appease Ayyappa Swami with his acts. Pinarayi praises Azhikode!
It is known for all that Azhikode had made some sub-standard and cheap statements against the Chief Minister not only to tarnish his image but also to gratify Pinaqrayi. He had also issued a press statement saying that the Chief Minister had called him over phone asking him to end the controversial statements. However it had been denied by Achuthanandan. Azhikode quoted Henry Thorah’s ‘bird fouls nest’ for belittling Achuthanandan and all that was in good taste for Pinarayi. Pinrayi found nothing wrong with Azhikode when his own comrade and politburo member was being humiliated highly by the self proclaimed patriarch of culture.
It is a wonder that the cultural guru who once worked against communists during the Vimochana Samaram is in the shoulder Communist Party State Secretary. The social critic who fights corruption lacks integrity and never see the corruption of those politicians upon whom he leans. The guru is not able to comprehend corruption in tune with Rs 300 crore and not able to spot any problem with Pinarayi. So it is the obligation of Pinarayi to congratulate Azhikode.

Are investors disgusting creatures?
Though most of the outbursts of this minister are senseless I would like to bring his attention the following aspect. Deposits by non-resident Indians (NRIs) in Kerala banks is Rs.34,649 crore as on Dec 31, 2008, according to the State Level Bankers Committee and a major chunk is with co-operative banks. If the NRIs withdraw their investment naturally the functioning of the bank would paralyze. Does the minister want to see that?
A retired person often puts his hard earned money in banks to get the interest to meet his needs. He is not in the position to start a business of his own and earn profit. Moreover, it unwise to start a business at the fag end of one’s life as it is likely to collapse. And that is why he wisely deposits his money in a bank. The bank would then issue this money to needy entrepreneurs and thus money invested in the bank by a person is not dead money as the minister thinks. It is cruel to call those investors in banks as ‘disgusting’

Madani-Sufiya case should be enquired by CBI
It has been reported that there were references to Madani and his wife in the confessions by some of the accused in the case. But there were no evidences to prove their involvement. This seems rather illogical as no proof would come directly before the police. It is foolish to think that Madani and his wife come before police with confessions. It is the duty of the police to find evidence.
The whole episode exemplifies the inefficacy of the Kerala police and its blind dependence on the CPM front. Though the contention of the police that no external interference was being made in the investigations the reason for prolonging the police enquiry, till the Parliament elections remains dubious. So there is a need to hand over the cases to any Central Investigating Agency.

Karat posturing
It is a pity that Achuthanandan, thrown out of the party for ‘manipulated indiscipline’, still obeys Karat’s diktat. Karat’s attempts to cobble together a Third Front with a possible aim to become prime minister were an indication of his greed for power. Although that experiment has failed miserably, Karat still says that there is a need to remodel the Front. Surely, Karat’s move is intended to hide his weakness as a leader. Before the election, Karat had asserted that bereft of Left support, the Congress would be in no position to form a government. His predictions have been proved wrong, but he still sticks to his post. The fact is that the CPI(M) is losing its influence in West Bengal and Kerala. Leaders of all factions have deviated from communist principles. When most have distanced themselves from the people, it is only leaders such as Achuthanandan who still sustain the party in these states. But Karat pretends to be unaware of this.

Karat should be sent out the party
It is a pity that Achuthanandan who was thrown outof the party PB for what is called “mainipulated indiscipline” still obeys Karat’s diktat. Karat’s attempts to cobble up a Third Front grouping with an aim to become the PM were an indication of his greed for power. His cornering of women leaders like Mayawati and Jayalalithaa is a laughing stock. Though the Third Front experiment has miserably failed still Karat says there is a need to remodel it. Surely Karat’s move is intended to hide his weakness to lead the party.
At Parliament election Karat said “the Left parties would not support Congress in forming the next government under any circumstances. Congress would undoubtedly not be in a position to form the next government and has now become all alone with allies deserting it”. All his revelations about election fallout were gone astray, nevertheless he sticks to his post by mere foul play.
The fact is that the CPM is losing its impetus in WB and Kerala by the disorder created by party cadres and its “bullet bearing” leaders. All official faction leaders have deviated from the communist principles. When the new liberal society leaders have distanced from the general public it is only Achuthanandan and the like minded ones give still breathe to the party in these states. But Karat pretends to be unaware of it.

Game in the Marxist party will continue.
Karat and coterie did not recognize the sentiments of common man as most of them are campus recruits unable to understand peoples’ choice. The reason Karat was dead against sparing Achuthanandan would be evident if an investigation is made into the routes through Lavalin money has flown.
Evidently the Marxist party is trapped between the mass and the party corrupts. If Achuthanandan gives a positive nod to his men the party will sink. However he would not do that as the party is his blood and breathe. The Politburo has made a mistake, biggest in its entire history by grueling Acuthananadan. Chances of a split in the party can be ruled out as Achuthanandan will be the last one to ruin his own party. Nevertheless, I believe that he has enough weapons in his to target against Karat, Pinrayi, Kodiyeri, Sreemathi, Thomas Isaac and all the Jayarajans. The party corrupts have underestimated the probables of the veteran leader. The game will not end soon.

The two masqueraders
During election days both were seen in flex boards embracing together, but of late the situation is rather coarse. When the followers of Isaac in the SFI pelt stones at school, college, and chapel owned by Alappuzha Bishop, Sudhakaran calls them criminals and demands their immediate arrest. The police in between devil and sea at last arrest a few and the discourse then begin at Area committee and District Committee of the CPM. Sudhakaran’s men are determined beat Isaac’s men and Isaac has taken the matter to Central Committee where Sudhakaran has no access
As Isaac’s constituency Mararikulam is more in the constituency list, the spat between Isaac and Sudhakaran will continue with an eye in the Alappuzha constituency. The irony is that Isaac being a born Christain has no concern about the church and its property whereas the Nair-born Sudhakaran conerns a lot about it. And all these for the progress of Alappuzha.

According to Sreekumar “someone will be frightened if the death of Swami Saswathikanantha is enquired” Obviously it is not a shadow fight instead Sreekumar points his finger to Vellappally. The enquiring agency of Swami’s death, therefore, should question Sreekumar first and then Vellappally. ‘Pana’rayi case will be fought financially too!
It is unfortunate that the Kerala faction of the CPM have decided to collect money from the public to meet the expenses of the court case proceedings against Pinarayi Vijayan. The CPM originally decided to fight the case both politically and legally have now decided to fight the case financially too. The CPM is willing to go to protect its corrupt leader in a corrupt way. The poor man’s party has assembled to hold up poor man’s thief. The peace loving people of Kerala will give the money to the party to avert the threat from CPM goons. There are instances in the past that if money they asked is not given, the goons will stone pelt the houses and torch the shops.
Seemingly the central leadership has involvement in the Lavalin scam and hence Achuthanandan's expectation that the party Politburo would act against Vijayan has been shattered. Everyone in Kerala believes Pinarayi Vijayan is involved in the biggest corruption scandal. His lifestyle with bullets in bag has been the theme of ridicule for long and people have aptly named him 'Pana(money)rayi'. With the money he collected illegally he has won the support of leaders of his own breed like Kodiyeri, Sudhakaran , Thomas Isaac, Baby and Sreemathi. It is now party’s choice to control the wrong doings of the sons of these leaders.
It is time for central leadership to put an end to unlawful collection of money to protect a corrupt leader. The Lavalin case must be fought legitimately without harassing the people.

Designer beard will not save Isaac this time.
In Channels Isaac appears in specially made blanket Kurtthas and exhibits disgusting histrionics. His designer beard is often a laughing matter for the viewers because at some the bottom of the beard is black and at other times the top is black. As Godrej Company which makes the hair blackening product has put no stipulation for the use of their product Isaac uses it indiscriminately. He is poetical before the camera with his designer apparels and beard. Nevertheless this time his fashionable beard will not shield him. He will be beaten with broomstick by the people of Mararikulam because it is with Achuthanandan’s mercy that Isaac won the last election. The latest betrayal by Isaac will not be tolerated by the people of Mararikulam.
The argument that Chief Minister is engaged in campaigning against the party by taking contrary stand is not correct. It is the corruption by Pinrayi, Isaac and their coterie tarnished the image of the party. If Isaac is so sure that chief minister has failed miserably in giving the state good governance it is Isaac to resign first from the Cabinet. Disciplinary action should take not against VS but against Pinarayi, Isaac, Baby and Sreemathi.

Really charming revelation!
Minister G Suhakaran memorizes his younger days when he and his friends stole toddy from coconut trees owned by others of his area and that too without the knowledge of his father. Each morning and evening before the toddy tapper climbs the tree, Sudhakaran climbed the tree and oozed out toddy- a very nice act for promising politicians. Sudhakaran’s father was a wise man and that he pretended his son never drinks toddy and bribed the toddy tappers for not killing his son by poisoning toddy with Tick 20. There were many stories of toddy poison deaths at those times. Sudhakaran’s revelation of this incident at a public meeting is to clarify how frank he is to such conspicuous matters. He pretends to be a roll model for all students and for that he reveals untold stories.
Being very frank in pretension he will soon come in public explaining his relation with a young woman comrade at his tender age and that too without the knowledge of his father. He has nothing to hide and possibly for him it is very bad for youngsters who have never seen a pot of toddy in their lives and have no relation with woman before marriage.
I hope soon other ministers in the Kerala cabinet will come with such stories, for instance making bombs and killing the innocents.

Arson to protect a criminal leader
Though the blue-eyed boy of Latin Catholic community, Dr K S Manoj lost battle with K C Venugopal in the election a few nuns even then preferred Manoj for their votes possibly because of his ‘Jesus like appearance’ as commented by the by the crazy minister G Sudhakaran of the LDF. Nevertheless with Black day attack there remains not even a single nun in Alappuzha to support Manoj’s party.
As there were sufficient incidents such as attacks on media offices, burning of newspaper bundles, arson on Government vehicles, forced closure of shops and offices, the Governor can himselfdismiss the Government. The ministers lost their co-ordination as a few corrupt and greedy ministers have joined hand in hand against the CM. The Black Day was equivalent to a bandh in Kannur and Idukki with all shops, office and schools remaining closed and vehicles keeping off the roads. Marxists’ brutal act is blatant violation of Court orders and an open threat to people for not voting them. CPM has turned into a conglomeration of criminals and their fire-starting to protect a criminal leader is highly deplorable. The direct war launched by CPM against Governor Gawai is shocking.

Azhikode and Achuthanandan
“I say this as I am impartial. I am not part of any group”. Nevertheless people of Kerala do not think that Azhikode is correct because the 16-4 drubbing for the CPM-led Left Democratic Front in the election is an indication in this direction.
Since Achuthanandan is other wise busy with his Government and party affairs, Azhikode found it as a golden opportunity to abuse the latter. When the chief minister laughed his heart out at his interaction with media persons, at the time of debacle of his party in the election, Azhikode came heavily on him just for media publicity. He even dared to qualify the CM's laughter to that of a traitor. He modified it in his Kottayam speech that CM’s laughter is the outcome of immorality and not of treachery. Still then Achuthanandan kept deafening silence. Next attempt from Azhikode will be differentiating between moral and immoral and after that he will say he is impartial.
Azhikode’s ‘impartiality’ urges him to think Abdul Nasser Madany has no terror link and Pinarayi is clean in the SNC Lavelin deal. But Azhikode’s impartiality does not permit him to ask Pinarayi to appear before the court to prove his innocence.
People of Kerala think that Azhikode will soon take a U-turn in the immediate future when CBI files the Rs 374-crore SNC Lavalin case in a court of justice. He will make a roll over with a correction in his earlier speech as he did many times in the past.

Kerala CPM mess
Achuthanandan’s advantage is that he has led many campaigns on behalf of people. As Leader of the Opposition in the previous assembly, he had linked himself with fighting for the tribal right to land in the Wayanad hills, headed the campaign against converting agricultural land into housing plots, fought against atrocities on women and opposed the transfer of land for setting up techno-parks. He was against his own party’s ‘Vismaya fantsy park’. Vijayan’s specialty was his Lavalin deal, Faris- Santago Martin-Lis-Madani friend ship and the people viewed it subspecialty. .
The people of Kerala support Achuthanandan. The recent verdict in the Parliament election is not against Achuthanandan. It is against Pinarayi and his associates. The party general secretary Karat, if he does not lose chair after PB forethought on election debacle, will have to vie with these facts before taking any decision to solve Kerala CPM mess.

Wise decision by CPM to shut the mouth of Sudhakaran
What has happened in the Secretariat before the office of Sudhakaran is a black mark in the entire history of Kerala. It is not the Secretariat staff association, but the irresponsible minister to be blamed for the whole wicked commotion inside the secretariat.
G Sudhakaran once called government secretaries as dogs. He is notorious for his filthy tongue and his search for ‘under wears’ of Govt Secretaries and temple priests is infamous. But the people because of their civility, kept deaf ear to minister’s crazy eruptions. It is only Bharat Bhushan, a secretary to the Govt, took a strong stance against the minister and abandoned his office. He now occupies a high position at the Centre where Sudhakaran is not permitted to enter in its premise. Since Sudhakaran is ashamed of repeating the word ‘under wear’ he went one step forward and said about ‘display of other thing’. What is does he mean by ‘other thing’?: Is it the thing inside the under wear, similar to the Hindi cine song “Choli ke peeche kya he’? Undeniably this would exacerbate any sensible person.
Chief Minister Achuthanandan once asked the public to ignore the words of this mad minister. But when his wickedness grows out of any limit there is no way out other than to react. The Secreatariate staff association has done it rightly.
The CPM decision to make him tight-lipped hereafter is a move in the right direction.

Isaac’s award lured Azhikode !
Of late Azhikode is not sold well in the State for his partisan attitude. Smelling this Azhikode decided to take the same path followed by Pinrayi’s whistle bowlers like M Mukundan and K E N Kunjahemed. And that is why Azhikode was preaching about collective responsibility of every Keralite and other things. Where was this critic when E P Jayarajan collected crores from Santiago Martin? What happened to this activist when CBI charge-sheeted Pinarayi in the SNC Lavelin? Why did he keep mum when G Sudhakaran abused all the noble people in the state with his nasty tongue?
Once, Azhikode appreciated Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan's stern stance on the Munnar eviction drive. Then he said “The Chief Minister had not gone to the U.S. for lessons on public management. It was his long years of `honest public service' that made Achuthanandan a popular man among the public”. Now what provoked Azhikode to take different stand? Is it Thomas Isaac’s award lured Azhikode to doubt about Achuthanadan’s honesty?

Azhikode -“Ambassador of honesty”
People love Azhikode because of his fearless talk and neutrality. But for quite long there was a marked deviation from his earlier neutral stance and in the feud between Pinarayi and Achuthanandan, Azhikode’s situate was in favour of Pinarayi. Though annoyed by his earlier statement, Achuthanandan kept a determined silence on Azhikode as it is the time for him to recognize his friends and foes. Even Gurudasan betraying him is a not a serious matter when Achuthanandan pursues his soul search.
If Azhikode is happy in commenting about the tarnished images of Pinarayi and Achuthanandan it is good. But it should not be a crafty act to win the applause of Oommen Chandy and Chennithala.. Azhikode’s act should be aimed against those politicians who have donned with wrong doings. Azhikode not accepting the Isaacean award “Ambassador of honesty” is praiseworthy.

The SNC Lavalin corruption scandal, the poll alliance with the terrorist group the PDP, the hostile attitude of the party to the LDF constituents, the Santiago Martin-Faris duo episode would definitely reflect in the election results and would become a death blow to the Pinarayi faction. Mystery behind blast
As the father so the son and that is what happened in P Jayarajan’s case. Jayarajan is notorious for his violence in Kannur. An obedient son, therefore, can not be blamed at all.
Kannur is a land of political violence and even judicial forums have observed it. Still instead of reducing the tense situation in the area the CPM minister is approaching the apex court to remove HC findings.
Patyam in Kannur is becoming more and more frightful day by day. Several houses in the area are functioning as bomb-making units. And in that context more relevant is the biblical quote: “He who lives by the sword dies by the sword “

Isaac offended womanhood.
The incident occurred in the Kanjikizhy village of Alappuzha district while inaugurating the performance of women chenda artists playing the shingari melam. Inauguation was done in a novel way, in the presence of Alappuzha District panchayat President R Nazer and other branded comrades. It is well-known that when Chenda is played, it should be hung from the shoulder of the artist and there will be none other than the artist to support the chenda. And when Isaac performed the art for inauguration, instead of suspending Chenda from his shoulder, he used one hanging on the stomach of a woman performer. The scene was eye-catching nevertheless, if shown in a film the people would get mortified. Isaac performing his chenda stick on the platform arranged on the lower abdomen of a woman artist is more than an abusive sexual gesticulation and an outrageous act against modesty of woman. Isaac with his inaugural performance of shingari melam, offended the art and insulted womanhood. He is liable to be charged under section that is applied to Sanjay Dutt.

Asathyameva Jayathe!
People of Kerala know that Madani uses his speeches to raise provocations.
He is also making character assassination against his opponents. His comment on Shahida Kamal, the UDF candidate of Kasargod constituency is an indication in this respect. Madani’s ‘Sathyameva Jayathe’ march was a farce and is aimed at distorting truth. Madani tendering apologies to the media time and again for using insensitive words is a tactic to get media attention. Now it is media’s turn to fling Madani to the corner. How can one take back filthy words such as “beggars on the street” uttered against media? Interestingly, Madani admits that his wife Sufia was mentally ill. One can also expect in the near future the same words from Sufia about her husband.
There should be some restrictions for misusing the national motto “Sathyameva Jayathe”

Marxists threatening Election Commission
If this is the harsh experience of a District Collector in charge of election how could other lower officers conduct election free and fair? In these circumstances mere deploying of more police personnel to sector officers will not solve the problem. Instead there should be action from the EC to cancel the candidature of LDF contender.
Meanwhile the Marxist ministers and leaders are active in threatening election officials to meet consequence after the election. In Ambalapusha and Harippad, the Devaswom Minister G Sudhakaran had already threatened election officials to heed his dictate, otherwise meet the upshot. Immediate action from Election Commission is needed to control ministers violating election code of conduct.

Madani move will cost CPM
The statement made by BJP president Rajnath Singh that the alliance between the CPI(M) and the Abdul Naseer Madani’s Peoples Democratic Party is harmful for the country, is absolutely spot on. The CPI(M) claims that the PDP supremo has ‘reformed’. I am curious to know on what grounds the Marxists base this assumption. By defending people like Madani they are vitiating the communal harmony that exists in Kerala.

Kannur killing never ends.
Communist Party of India (Marxist) got yet another activist dead at Koothuparamba, Kannur for Pinarayi Vijayan and E P Jayarajan to stand in attention before the dead body and raise their hands to shout slogans. When the court recently observed the never ending violence of Kannur as an indication of the utter failure of the Kerala Home Department, the Marxist leaders were seen much irritated. Do they have say at this time? The scene of persons lying dead in pool of blood in Kannur and elsewhere would never end if attack is directed to its leaders. I recollect the incident of BJP activists attacking CPM Leader Yetchury at New Delhi when their men were indiscriminately attacked by CPM cadres at Kannur. The virtually surprised CPM leaders sent strong signals to their Kerala counter parts and thus there was an ephemeral calm in the troubled area. Unless this type of policy is evolved it is impossible to secure peace in Kannur.
The CPM alleging Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh workers and the latter alleging the former for all killings is the route cause of the violence in Kannur. All deaths in Kannur are taken politically by the CPM and RSS and that leads to further killings. As Home Department managed by Marxist minister is sluggish in taking stringent action police personnel also find tough time in handing Kannur violence efficiently. It is time for Election Commission of India to ask the Kerala Chief Minister replace the present Home Minister for his inefficacy in handling law and order properly.

The sacrificial goat.
Ms Sindhu Joy seems as the sacrificial goat of the Kerala CPM. The first sacrifice was at Puthupally against Oommen Chandy. Next turn is at Ernakulam Parliament Constituency where the opposite candidate of the Congress is yet to emerge, after cleaning and cooking at madam’s Italian cuisine. However, the Pastoral Orientation Centre of KCBC is not in disposition to memorize the most famous Christian teaching “forgive and be kind”. Sindhu Joy’s heartrending prayer song to “Holy Mary” fell in deaf ears. KCBC Secretary Fr Spephen Alathara with his shrill voice has indirectly given signal to Ms Joy that the Church has abandoned the policy of ‘forgiveness’
Not only Sindhu Joy but all prospective candidates should remember about the future outcomes of their thoughtless acts. This election is too early for people especially faithful to forget the damage done by Sindhu Joy and her party henchmen against Education system in general and Christian educational institutions in particular. Personally speaking MM Lawrence is more apt a candidate than Sindhu Joy at Ernakulam as old goose often has nothing lose.

Gorbechov of the LDF
It is Veliyam Bhargavan of the CPI to be congratulated for his firm stance against Madani and Hussein Randathani. Randathani may be allowed to continue his service as principal as there is no urgent demand for his service in parliament. There are plenty of others without any particular job but more informed than Randathani to serve the country.
Achuthanandan recently said in Shankumukham beach that Pinarayi, modern Gorbechov, will spoil the party. His watching has come true, not for the party but for the Left Front.

Third Front botched
The CPM would appeal to secular forces in the NDA and UPA to join with them- it is said. And that too when Madhani, the Muslim fanatic leader, sitting on the shoulders of Pinarayi, the State Secretary of CPM in Kerala. The skin depth of CPM leaders is too high when they speak of secular credentials when hard core- terrorist like Madhani is associated with them What the BJP leader Venkiah Naidu said is right. Madhani’s apt place is prison. However, CPM has decided to take him to Parliament in view of his secular fabrics.
The CPM calling themselves as “democratic and secular” is a mask to hoodwink illiterate people. . They are actually most repressive fanatics. It is often difficult for people to live peacefully under Marxist rule. The large scale killings in Kannur or elsewhere are warning of this verity.

CPM’s secular credentials.
The CPI should not allow the CPM tactics to take away the Ponnani seat from them. No communal outfit has any vote bank in any part of Kerala as they claim. All political parties should abstain from proposing candidates with a criminal record and do not seek the assistance of criminals involved in bomb-blast cases.
Outstanding performance
For Pinarayi Vijayan, the state secretary of the Kerala CPI(M), Somnath Chatterjee is the biggest betrayer of the working class. In his comment, Vijayan, who has been implicated in the SNC Lavalin graft case concerning a deal brokered when he was state power minister in 1998, extolled the leadership qualities of the Kerala chief minister, V.S. Achuthanandan. The state party secretary was responding to another comment on betrayers made by G. Sudhakaran, the minister for co-operation. All this mud-slinging is associated with problems in the Kerala unit. Leaders of the CPI(M) say that there is nobody bigger than the party. Who is this party? Does it consist of just those who attend the area committee offices of the CPI(M)?

Ample reasons for Pinarayi to be thoughtful.
However, for me, it appears the reason for Pinrayi to become truth-seeking is on two counts. First one is the emotion displayed by a youth in Payyannur in hurling footwear at Vijayan. Though missed the target the incident put the party state secretary in a select league of leaders who have faced such missiles in recent times, including Chinese prime minister Wen Jiabao and former US president George Bush late last year. It is quite natural that when one is elevated to such esteem abruptly he involuntarily becomes truth- seeking. The second incident is the collapse of the platform set for Pinarayi’s function at Thiruvananthapuram Though Pinarayi escaped unhurt there is ample reason for him to think philosophically
The chappal-throwing incident and stage collapse have brought more attention to the Nav Kerala Yatra and that incited Vijayan to start his quest for eternal truth . The sea and wave story at Sangumughom sea shore is the outcome this recalling incidents in the Navakerala yathra.

Two great warriors
Undoubtedly the people of Kerala think that the fight continues because of the sheer incapability of the Opposition parties like the Congress, League and the Bharatiya Janata Party to take stock of the situation. The Congress anticipates an easy entry to power not because of their merit but of the follies of the CPM. Look at the face two ministers V S Achuthanandan and G Sudhakaran staged side by side for the inauguration of the Info Park at Purakkad. If face is the mirror of the mind then one could read a lot from their faces. The flatterer Minister Sudhakaran at the meeting praised VS a lot emphasizing the earlier finding of someone that this minister is nutty. The attack on Mangalam daily at Palakkad shows the intolerance of CPM cadres against reality. It is the culture this fascist party to attack physically the persons and sections that criticise the them.

Monkey howling like a slum dog
What is not in doubt for me is that Kunjahemed’s exterior is like that of a monkey. Not only Achuthanandan, any one seeing Kunjahemed for the first time memorize lessons from Charles Darwin studied in schools classes.
The rift in Kerala CPM has grown out of proportion. Any attempt by Kunjahemed like ‘monkey brands’ to save the ‘Lavalin thief’ will end up in disgrace. What urged Kunjahemed to ridicule Achuthanandan when he is also a politburo member of the CPM?

Pinarayi also criticizes the UPA Government for being obedient to Israel and American imperialism. However his offspring would undergo higher Education in an imperialistic country!

Spine made of Vaazhappindi
Pinarayi asks : “How can you compare Chatterjee, such a class betrayer, with a great communist party leader like VS Achuthanandan?”. Pinarayi might not have seen in channels the histrionic display of his sycophant G Sudhakaran. It is Sudhakaran who said this and earlier Elamaram Kareem called VS Achuthanadan as class enemy. With Pinarayi’s latest gesture one thing is evident. Sudhakaran’s spine is made of plantain stem (vaazhappindi) and it can be twisted in any way. Sudhakaran makes enough mudslinging within his party but still remains as minister because of his deceitful support to Pinarayi. It is of no doubt that Sudhakarn will soon abandon Pinarayi if latter is prosecuted in Lavalin scam.
CPM leaders always say there is nobody bigger than the party. Then, who is this party? Are they the attenders in area committee offices of CPM?

The sycophant of poor man’s thief
Until recently people know only about the filthy mouth of G Sudhakaran and his habit of searching underwear of temple priests and government secretaries. He also keeps a habit of writing poems (?) and by reading it all the existing poets would desire for an immediate extinction from this planet. His recent making “Sahakaranam, Sahakaranam, Karanam”, will prompt people to slap on his face or hurl chappal as happened in the case his leader Pinarayi. And in explaining the duty of a Communist as to defend the party when in danger, he exhibited his histrionic talent too in a meeting at Thiruvananthapuram. Hearing flimflam and viewing nasty scenes are the pattern of many of us. Sudhakaran gives what his audience need; nevertheless, he rebukes the organizers first.
But one could not understand Sudhakaran’s outrageousness to question the legacy of Tata, Birla and Goenka. Perhaps the Goenka group of publications’ yeoman service to humanity to bring out corruption in high echelons of the Marxists might have infuriated this wicked minister.

Secure Lavalin, save Pinarayi!
Kerala CM and Party Politburo member V S Achuthanandan would not participate in the Yatra. Still another Politburo member Sitaram Yetchri says there is noting controversial in Kerala CPM. It is estimated that the yathra of Pinarayi would cost about 50 crore. When there are thousands of poor ailing patients in the state without getting food and medicine it is a cruelty against people to conduct a yathra wasting a huge sum for legitimizing a fraud. Let the yathra end with out trouble.

Nava Kerala Yathra will end up in disgrace
Karat is weeping against the character assassination of CPM leaders, particularly Pinarayi. However, until recently it was the routine of Marxist leaders to deprecate the character of others. It is Pinrayi’s birth right to call a very reverend Bishop as ‘disgust able creature’, his own party men keeping a different view as ‘Koolam kuthi’ and what else?
As Karat and company were kicked out of the UPA, nothing in India is nice-looking to them. That is why he says about the destruction the rural banking sector and about problems in the implementation of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Programme. The Politburo ploy in Kerala with standoffish Marxist leader S Ramachandran Pillai is unacceptable to the people. Pillai is not able to win a ward election in his own place Alappuzha. Karatji should remember that any Yathra headed by the tainted leader after avoiding Achuthanandan’s advice will end up in disgrace.

Minister insulted the CBI
It is not only CBI, the experts who know the case also argue that it was a clear case of political corruption. SNC Lavalin had promised to pay Rs. 98.3 crores to the Malabar Cancer Centre (MCC) as a reward for contract to them at an estimated cost of Rs. 283 crores. The validity and transparency related to the promised payments by SNC Lavalin were being questioned and doubts were raised even by a few top leaders of the CPI(M) too. SNC Lavalin has reportedly agreed to arrange Canadian aid to the tune of Rs.98 crores from various agencies including the Canadian International Development Agency, but has not arranged the promised amount. The cancer treatment centre still remains as the evidence to the infringement of the assurance. The assurance was a part of the agreement between KSEB and SNC Lavalin. The promised money went into the pockets of the accused.
While, the truth runs likewise, in Kerala, the Marxist leaders started abusing CBI erecting huge cut-outs of Pinrarayi. And one opportunistic minister who is infamous for filthy mouth abused CBI as a hodgepodge of idiots. He insulted CBI, a constitutional body and thus he slighted the constitution. The minister should be immediately dismissed from the cabinet.

Is Interpol enough?
Sir,
Central leadership of CPI(M) blaming the Congress for charge sheeting Kerala State secretary of the party Pinarayi Vijayan by the CBI in the Lavalin scam is superfluous. If CBI is an unclean agency then which agency the Marxists prefer for enquiry? Do they concur with Interpol? It seems the only Marxist leader who has not received any money in Lavalin deal is VS Achuthanandan. And it prompts one to doubt the linking of some Politburo members too other than Pinarayi in the dubious deal. It was Achuthanandan who determinedly argued for the CBI inquiry in the Lavalin case and ‘Crime” Editor Nandakumar with his case in the High Court brought such a twirl.
Even if it is a big issue, there will be no change in the corporate culture of the party if Pinarayi is replaced by a worse one like E P Jayarajan or Kodiyeri as the party is engrossed with the money making privatization culture. The CPI(M) decision to take the issue to the people will not work as the people know the whole episode rather fully well. The Shornur- Amblapuzha by-elections revealed the truth as it exposed the corrupt practices of the party.
The statement of Pinarayi that "let everything come out, I've nothing to say as of now," is a clear cut indication of his dubious involvement in the Lavalin scam.

Kerala Devaswom Minister G Sudhakaran, a skeptic by birth, now started thinking about the presence of God. And the same he will be convinced after the next election. CPM-NSS standoff will not continue too long
However, one appealing matter is while Pinrayi and NSS general secretary PK Narayana Panicker accuse each other for creating communal divide in the state, both are obviously doing the same. Pinarayi when praises SNDP and certain Muslim outfits, Panicker is hand-in-hand with Christian communities. Both the leaders have their own contributions to carry the present communal dissonance in the state. The person getting much advantage of the current turmoil is SNDP Yogam secretary Vellappalli Natesan. He has innumerable glass covered cement structures of Sree Nararayana Guru in the state and often the glasses of one or two are smashed every night. Vellappalli comes then with protest and remains in channel screens happy with his newly implanted milk white teeth.
The significant aspect that the state faces is the meaning of the word ‘social justice’. Panicker’s social justice is not Vellappally’s and that is entirely different from that of Pinrayi. All are conspicuously creating tension among communities in the society and it will possibly subside after the election. Meanwhile, to keep a wit, remember about those not so old flex boards of Panicker and Natesan appearing as ‘Aniyan Bava and Chettan Bava’

Minister licensed to defame others.
Minister Sudhakaran has insulted many others including IAS officers Bharat Bhushan, and K Suresh Kumar, former health minister V M Sudheeran, and the present Defence minister A K Antony, all the members in the Devaswom Board, congress leaders K.C. Venugopal , Babu Prasaad, K K Shaju, all the temple priests and government secretaries saying they are without underwear and like the sort. The legislators have mafia activities according to Sudhakaran. Who gave permission to this despicable minister to defame others with his twisted tongue? However, these people did not send any advocate notice to him. Though K K Shaju gave a written complaint against Sudhakaran for making derogatory comments about his caste, amazingly the minister escaped from arrest.
People of the state recognize well it is Sudhakaran who uses more derogatory language than others. Siddique has done a noble job against this outrageous, pretentious minister. G Sudhakarn does not know the meaning of the word ‘minister’
